However, this barrier causes components such as dirt and oil hidden in cosmetic products to stick to the skin, clogging the pores, and the appearance of acne and blackheads. It prevents the feeling of detoxification by interfering with the skin's natural sweating process. Some petrochemicals may be contaminated with carcinogenic impurities.
