EUROLAB, implements comprehensive structural verification plans for components and sub-components made of metallic and composite materials for all industries within the scope of structural testing. It specializes in uniaxial and multi-axial high load testing in static and dynamic conditions (up to 15 MN).

It works globally in testing aviation components and structures, including large carbon fiber panels, engine parts and other critical aircraft components.

Aviation and Space

EUROLAB, is an approved strategic provider of structural mechanical testing for major aerospace manufacturers. We are the “preferred supplier” of structural testing for Airbus (ST2S) and Rolls Royce and work closely with other manufacturers such as Aernnova, Aciturri and Safran. Our structural testing laboratory supports the aerospace industry's stringent quality criteria, certified under the ISO 9100 standard.

We have a network of NADCAP approved materials laboratories to perform metallic materials, non-metallic materials, and non-destructive testing. The combined capacities of our labs mean we can test everything from coupons to large aviation components.

Energy, Renewable, Oil and Gas

EUROLABis regulated by DNV-GL (formerly Germanischer Lloyd) for structural testing of wind turbine components and our large-scale facilities enable us to carry out testing over a wide area. We work with renewable energy sources such as wind or solar energy, as well as test components used in the extraction and distribution of hydrocarbons or gas.

EUROLABhas been partnering with the construction industry for many years, bringing together the equipment, accredited laboratories and technical experts necessary to perform mechanical verification of enclosures, construction materials, structural systems, structural bearings and waste channels and grates. Additionally, our laboratories have been inspected by EOTA approved organizations for structural testing of reactive bridge components.
