PSA B27 3010 Air Conditioning Lines (AC) - Tube

The PSA B27 3010 standard, developed by the Peugeot automobile company, describes the pipes for AC lines, the technical specifications, the tests to be carried out and the results to be obtained. These tubes must allow fluid (gas) to circulate between the various elements.

In air conditioning (AC) lines dThe universe generally consists of:

The term tube is a general term used to denote a pipe, a hose, or a set of elements. It also refers to the cylindrical motion system of the metal liquid.
Additional HVAC refers to a two-evaporator HVAC system.
Configuration means: The tests, called the configuration tool, are carried out by the supplier on the bench with parts representing the project, in the geometric position of the project defined in the functional drawings, according to the tightening torques of the connection points and connections.
Reliability refers to the characteristic of the product, which includes the possibility of performing a necessary function under given conditions over a given period of time.
The term hose refers to a single or multi-layered cylindrical movement system of liquid made of organic material (plastic or rubber).

The good performance of the AC lines system and the vehicles in which it is installed is guaranteed by observing the requirements contained in the standard. For example, pipes must be suitable for 2D and 3D drawings. Particular attention should be paid to the bending radii of rigid pipes, the routing of hoses and the control of distributions associated with production. Likewise, complete pipes must comply with the geometry of the functional drawings and the tolerances specified in the relevant standard.
