Product Safety

For product safety certification EUROLABis accredited as a Certification Body (CB) by the Standards Council of Canada (SCC). As a CB, our laboratory provides all the testing, tracking inspections and labeling required to sell electrical products in Canada.

Telecom

For telecommunication terminal equipment registration EUROLAB, licensed by Industry Canada. EUROLABcan provide all required equipment testing, including CS-03 (Analog, Digital, xDSL) and application submission required by Industry Canada.

radio

EUROLABis recognized by Industry Canada as a CB for Category 1 radio equipment. EUROLABhas been formally notified by Industry Canada from NIST to act as a certification body (CB) to certify equipment under Annex C, Phase II of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Wire MRA.

This designation covers equipment subject to the conditions specified for telecommunications equipment in Canadian CB-02. Category 1 radio equipment manufacturers for Canadian certification requirements EUROLABHe can trust . Canada considers all receivers between 30MHz and 960MHz as Category I radio equipment and therefore requires certification of more receivers from the FCC.

Measurement

EUROLABis the first recognized organization from Measurement Canada to test previously certified electricity meters requiring recertification. This scope of recognition consists of electricity meters for the approval process by Measurement Canada as required by LMB-EG-07 , Specification for the Approval of Electric Meter Types, Instrument Transformers and Ancillary Devices.
