The high pressure water spray test chamber is widely used in the electronics, military and consumer products industries. These rooms are designed in accordance with the following three standards for luminaires, automotive and electronic product requirements:

High pressure water spray test chambers have the highest rating currently available for water ingress protection. The tested products are exposed to high pressure (between 8000-10000 Kpa), high temperature (80 degrees Celsius) and water jets at a flow rate of 14-16 L/min. Constructed with a water circulation system and a series of water pipes that reduce water usage, these test chambers provide automatic water supply, adequate water supply and automatic testing.
Such an ingress protection test kit involves exposing the tested equipment to high pressure and high temperature jets of water. These tests are numbered IPX9. The X character here, between 0 and 6, denotes protection against solid particles. In case of high pressure and high temperature water jets ingress protection test, the last digit will always be 9.
The degree of protection against solid foreign bodies is as follows:
This test is defined as protection against high pressure, high temperature spray outlets at close range. The tested equipment must not suffer any harmful effects from the high pressure and high temperature water spray. The requirements for water are as follows: a special nozzle should be used, the water volume should be 14-16 liters per minute, the water pressure should be 0,10-0,15 bar at a distance of 80-100 meters, and the water temperature should be 80 degrees.
Our organization also provides high pressure water splash test services with its trained and expert staff and advanced technological equipment, among the numerous test, measurement, analysis and evaluation studies it provides for businesses in various sectors.
