The annex (Annex 3) of the said regulation titled “analysis properties of parameters” is arranged as follows:

  • Parameters to determine analysis methods
  • Parameters by which performance characteristics are determined
  • Parameters for which the analysis method is not determined

In particular, the analysis methods to be applied to microbiological parameters are as follows (alternative methods are also used when necessary). Namely,

  • Coliform bacteria and escherichia coli (TS EN ISO 9308-1)
  • Enterococcus (TS EN ISO 7899-2)
  • Pseudomonas aeruginosa (TS EN ISO 16266)
  • Total germ count at 22 degrees and colony count at 37 degrees (TS EN ISO 6222)
  • Clostridium perfringens count (including spores)

In the test, analysis, measurement and evaluation studies carried out in our organization, national and international standards and applicable legal regulations are complied with and reliable and impartial results are obtained. These studies are based on the latest technological equipment, trained and experienced staff and modern methods. Among the numerous tests carried out in this context, there are also clostridium perfringens enumeration, regulation on water intended for human consumption (Annex 3) services.
