The 10524-3 standard, developed by the International Standards Organization (ISO), describes the characteristics and test methods of integrated pressure regulators with cylinder valves used with medical gases. This standard has also been published in our country by the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE) with the following title: TS EN ISO 10524-3 Pressure regulators for use with medical gases - Part 3: Pressure regulators integrated with cylinder valves.

This standard describes the design, type testing and marking requirements for cylinder valves with integrated pressure regulators designed for gases used with medical gases or surgical instruments used in treatment, care, diagnosis and evaluation. Gas samples include oxygen, medical air, and mixtures of oxygen and nitrous oxide.
This standard covers integrated pressure regulator valves and integrated pressure regulators mounted on refillable cylinders with working pressures up to 300 bar intended for filling in cylinder filling facilities, or self-filling systems used in home care applications . These integrated pressure regulator valves and integrated pressure regulators have pre-set pressure and are equipped with a pressure outlet or pre-set flow outlets.
The ISO 10524-3 standard specifically focuses on:
Several standards that have been referred to as normative in the implementation of the ISO 10524-3 standard are: ISO 32, ISO 5145, ISO / TR 7470, ISO 9170-1, ISO 10297, ISO 11117, ISO 11363-1, ISO 13341, ISO 14971 and ISO 15001.
Within the scope of laboratory services, our organization also provides testing services for manifold and pressure regulators used with 10524-2 medical gases.
