TS EN ISO 8362-6 Injection Containers and Accessories - Part 6: Heads Made of Aluminum Plastic Combinations for Injection Vials

The ISO 8362-6 standard, developed by the International Standards Organization (ISO), describes the properties and test methods of caps made of aluminum plastic combinations for injection vials between injection containers and accessories. This standard has also been published in our country by the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE) with the following title: TS EN ISO 8362-6 Injection containers and accessories - Part 6: Heads made of aluminum plastic combinations for injection vials.

The standard deals with caps produced from aluminum plastic combinations for injection vials described in ISO 8362‑1 and ISO 8362‑4, which are from the same series.

The materials from which injection containers are produced, including elastomeric caps, are suitable packaging materials to store injectable products until they are applied. However, the caps described in this standard are not considered packaging materials that are in direct contact with pharmaceutical preparations.
