Customers can purchase environmental monitoring materials as part of the testing service for verification of production facilities and clean environments and for continuous process monitoring.

EUROLABoffers a variety of air outlet plates, convex plates for surface and personnel monitoring. For minimal shipping and handling, it is recommended that manufacturers purchase directly from commercial media suppliers.
Always ask for a certificate of analysis (CofA) from commercially prepared media providers. For confirmation testing in commercially prepared environments EUROLABoffers growth promotion testing services in accordance with USP and EP guidelines.
For water sampling, we recommend baseline, middle and final run sampling for routine process monitoring to assess water over time in a controlled environment or production process. Most facilities set initial limits with a water system verification; they can then scale sampling plans for continuous system monitoring based on trend analysis and risk assessments, through observed data and seasonality monitoring. We offer multiple bottle types depending on the test required: conductivity and TOC bottles, thiosulfate and thiosulfate free water bottles, and endotoxin sampling tubes.
It is important to use the appropriate bottle to best manage the integrity of the water test sample. For example, amber bottles used for conductivity and TOC (one bottle for both tests) limit light contact with the sample; polystyrene tubes for endotoxin do not contain endotoxins, thus minimizing background contamination from the container; It is used to prevent the effect of water purified from common chemicals such as thiosulfate and chlorine.

For growth stimulation studies, a standard broad spectrum screen was used, following guidance in EP / USP sections. Standard pricing includes five organisms: Staphylococcus aureus (Gram-positive cocci), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (Gram-negative rod), Bacillus subtilis (spore old), Candida albicans (yeast), and Aspergillus brasiliensis (mold). The test usually includes two samples per organism plus the pH control and negative controls. Additional organisms or panels are charged separately.
EUROLAB, with its highly expert team and internationally accredited laboratories, Environmental Monitoring Materials Analysis - Air and Water It performs all test, analysis, measurement, evaluation and report generation services completely and reliably.
