Uniform methods for testing electronic and electrical component parts in MIL-STD-202G, a United States military defense standard, including basic environmental testing and physical and electrical testing to determine resistance to the harmful effects of the natural elements and conditions surrounding military operations is explained. For the purpose of this standard, the term component parts includes capacitors, resistors, switches, relays, transformers, inductors and similar items. This standard is intended to be applied only to small component parts weighing up to 136 kg or with a root mean square test voltage of up to 50 volts, unless otherwise specified.

The following objectives were aimed at in developing these test methods :
Briefly, the purpose of this standard is to describe uniform procedures for environmental, physical and electrical testing of electronic and electrical component parts. It is intended to be a reference document for testing requirements described in military component standards and, where specified, other procurement standards and drawings.
Among the numerous test, measurement, analysis and evaluation studies it provides for businesses in various sectors, our organization also provides military-purpose electronic and electrical parts testing services within the scope of MIL-STD-202G standard, with its trained and expert staff and advanced technological equipment.
