The DIN 6914 standard, published by the German Institute for Standardization (DIN), describes the requirements for high-strength injection-molded structural bolts.

Similarly, the European standard EN 14399-4 specifies requirements for combinations of high-strength structural bolts and system HV nuts suitable for preloaded connections with large widths across flat surfaces, thread sizes M 12 to M 36 and feature classes 10.9/10. (EN 14399-4: High-strength structural bolting assemblies for preloading - Part 4: System HV - Hex bolt and nut assemblies).
The bolt and nut assemblies defined in this part of the standard are designed to allow preloading according to the definitions in the first part and to achieve ductility mainly through plastic deformation. Bolt and nut assemblies defined in EN 14399-4 standard only include washers used under the nut. The test method for compliance with preload is specified in the second part of the standard. Clamp lengths for bolt, nut and washer assemblies are in the standard annex (Appendix A).
In the DIN 6914 standard, the requirements for high strength injection structural bolts are under the following headings:
High strength injection structural bolts are designed for use with heavy hex nuts to connect structural members and are manufactured from steel or stainless steel.
Our organization, among the numerous test, measurement, analysis and evaluation studies it has given for businesses in various sectors, with its trained and expert staff and advanced technological equipment, within the scope of DIN 6914 standard, for high-strength injection structural bolts and within the scope of EN 14399-4 standard. It also provides testing services for high-strength structural bolting assemblies (system HV, hex bolt and nut assemblies) for
