Metric full thread stud bolts, defined in the DIN 976 standard published by the German Standardization Institute (DIN), are threaded stud bolts from one end to the other (full / full thread). They are designed for one nut to be applied to both ends and are often used for hanging for electrical, construction and plumbing. Metric full thread stud bolts are manufactured from marine grade stainless steel in diameters ranging from M2 to M52 and in lengths up to 1000 mm.

This standard consists of two parts:
The requirements in the DIN 976 standard are under the following headings:
Metric threaded stud bolts are designed to perform similar functions to double-ended studs (clamping type or shrink fit type). This standard covers threaded stud bolts manufactured to the 965g tolerance customary for bolt/nut assemblies of threaded insert group N as specified in standard DIN ISO 1-6.
Briefly, this standard specifies the dimensions and technical delivery conditions for metric threaded studs made of steel, stainless steel or non-ferrous metal.
Full thread stud bolts refer to straight threaded rods with full body threaded finish. Full thread studs are used with two regular or heavy hex nuts. Fully threaded studs come with chamfered and chamfered ends. Chamfered studs are used for bolting flanges where the engagement length is considered from the first thread to the last thread or calculated according to other relevant flange standards. Straight chamfer studs are used for general bolting and are cut from large threaded rods for simplicity.
Among the numerous test, measurement, analysis and evaluation studies it provides for businesses in various sectors, our organization also provides testing services for fully threaded stud bolts within the scope of DIN 976 standard, with its trained and expert staff and advanced technological equipment.
