The “ISO 6722 Road vehicles - 60 V and 600 V single-core cables” standard published by the International Standards Organization (ISO) consists of the following subsections published under the same title:

For the purposes of this standard, the following terms and definitions apply:
In this standard, tests and requirements are organized as follows:
Conductors shall consist of annealed or tempered compressed/compacted aluminium, aluminium alloy or copper clad aluminium wires The properties of the conductors shall be in accordance with the table given in the standard and shall be completed with the material properties Elongation requirements shall be determined by agreement between the customer and supplier The finished cable shall meet the resistance requirements of this standard for all conductors Individual strands of the aluminium conductor shall be manufactured to 573 series aluminium in accordance with EN 1-1000 The chemical composition shall be in accordance with EN 573-3 Examples of the wires are shown in the table These wires highlight examples of conceptual configurations and are not intended to reflect any preferred construction Other wire configurations may be used provided they meet the specified requirements and are agreed upon by the customer and supplier
Insulated cables covered by this standard must comply with the values specified in the table provided in the standard. For other requirements, different conductor structures may be used provided that they meet the nominal cross-sectional area and conductor resistance requirements. For special applications for classes A, B and C and for certain materials for class C, the insulation thickness and maximum outer cable diameter may be increased as agreed with the user. Available cable sizes that differ from those in the table are included in the standard annex (Annex A).
Test methods and performance requirements should be as specified in ISO 6722-1 and ISO 6722-2 standards.
The preferred colours for road vehicle cable insulation are black, white, blue, orange, brown, green, purple, with a small amount of yellow and grey.
Insulated cables covered by this standard must comply with the values specified in the table. For other requirements, different conductor structures may be used as long as they meet the nominal cross-sectional area and conductor resistance requirements. Available cable sizes that differ from those in the table are included in the standard annex (Annex A).
Test methods and performance requirements should be as specified in ISO 6722-1 and ISO 6722-2 standards.
Our organization, which has been trying to support businesses from every sector with its testing, measurement, analysis and evaluation studies carried out in a wide range for years, has a strong staff that closely follows the developments in the world in the field of science and technology and constantly improves itself. In this context, testing services are also provided to businesses in accordance with the standard "ASTM D5946-17 Standard test method for corona-treated polymer films using water contact angle measurements"
