E-Mark

EUROLABcan help manufacturers of electronic components for the automotive industry obtain e-mark or E-mark approval according to 95/54/EC (72/245/EEC) or ECE Regulation No.10.

The approval process for the E-mark or E-mark begins after the customer provides the relevant documents and test samples for evaluation and testing:

  • EUROLABcarries out tests on samples in accordance with the Automotive Directive (Radiated immunity and Emissions).
  • EUROLABregulates the submission of all test reports / technical documentation to the Vehicle Certification Agency (VCA).
  • VCA issues a type approval certificate subject to a satisfactory review of submitted documents and a Production Conformity (CoP) evaluation.
  • The customer can add an e-mark to the product after receiving the approval number from the VCA.
